Introduction of the Editorial Board
Prof. Dr. Fouzia Ghani is a seasoned academic, who is a part of the Department of Political Science since 1999. Currently she is the chairperson of the Department of Political Science at the GC University, Lahore. She is the first woman to hold this position and also the first woman faculty member of the department of Political Science to be promoted to the rank of full professor. She is an author of multiple research articles and book chapters. Her research work has featured in various national and international research journals and she is on the editorial boards of multiple local and foreign research publications.
Muhammad Naseer Ahmad Taib is serving in the capacity of Assistant Professor in the department of Political Science. He is a part of the department since 2003. His areas of interest include Political Economy, Political Thought, Democracy and Governance and Ethnicity and Ethnic conflicts in Pakistan. He has supervised many theses at BS and MPhil level. His vast experience in the realm of research and political science is an asset for the journal and his valued input has helped in improving the quality of the journal.
Dr. Ahmad Raza Khan has an experience of over 16 years in the field of academics, research and administration. He has the unique distinction of establishing two new departments at the GC University, Lahore. He has a commendable research profile and his articles have covered various subject areas of Political Science. His addition to the Editorial team will bring more vigor and wider perspective to The Journal of Political Science.
Muhammad Manzoor Elahi, the young and dynamic Mr. Elahi is a lecturer at the department of Political Science since 2010. He is currently pursuing his PhD and boosts a formidable research profile. He has published research articles in various national and international research journals and is part of many international endeavors especially directed towards indigenizing climate protection knowledge and response.
Muhammad Aizzan Malik is a part of the journal’s editorial team since 2019. He joined the department of political science in the capacity of a visiting faculty in 2017. He has made several research publications which include research articles and a book chapter.
